Groupon Rules & Reviews:

First let me just say how grateful I am for a platform like Groupon. It has introduced me to many wonderful clients. At the same time, it is difficult to sustain a business with Groupon due to extremely low margins.  To that end we have some rules designed to create a win/win, and allow our established clients to also benefit from our Specials once they've been introduced to Shimmer.

1. Shimmer allows One Groupon per new customer for each Groupon campaign launched.  2 others may be given as gifts (but may also be purchased directly from Shimmer at the Groupon price).

2. When Shimmer creates a new Service Category Special on Groupon (example: Microneedling Special, Xeomin, Botox, etc...not another Facial Special or the same type service they've already purchased), Shimmer clients will be notified and have an opportunity to purchase directly from Shimmer but cannot purchase the special from Groupon.

3. Should an established Shimmer client inadvertently purchase a Groupon, they will be asked to refund the Groupon and purchase directly from Shimmer - no exceptions.  We will send texts and emails with our specials to existing clients so you don't miss out!
